One component of the DVD for the Ayreon project "The Human Equation" would be a video clip for the song Day 11: Love. Arjen wanted this clip to be a trailer for the album, using mainly material filmed while the singers and instrumentalists were performing their parts in "The Electric Castle", Arjen's Studio. The clip paints a good picture of the recording process and the way Arjen interacts with his guests.
Because I really like their work, and most of all because I really like working with them, I approached them if they
wanted to edit the clip of Day 11: Love taken from my Human Equation album, and also shoot some extra footage for it.
They worked with some behind-the-scenes footage shot on a simple DV camera, and they also filmed some new footage themselves with a more professional camera. The videoclip ended up on the bonus DVD that accompanied The Human Equation.
